Job Title : Project Manager

Position : Full Time

Hours : 41.5

Principle Purpose of Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Project Manager to support our Projects Team. To manage all installation projects allocated in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Completing projects on time and within budget, whilst maximising gross profit and without compromising quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Full responsibility for a portfolio of short and medium term installation Projects.
  • Deliver all undertakings safely, on-time, to specification and within budget.
  • The selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Variation capture and change management.
  • Foster repeat business, through class leading customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.
  • Assessment of the required resources (Labour, Plant, Materials, Cost, Time).
  • Development of project plans and progress tracking.
  • Collaboration with the Design Team to Value Engineer projects where possible, improving cost efficiency and installation timescales.
  • Occasional site visits for pre-start meetings and quality audits.
  • Collaboration with the Sales Team, supporting work winning activities and new opportunities.
  • Achievement of departmental and personal KPIs.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Project Management experience required.
  • Experience in Construction, Fit Out, Installation, M&E or comparable fields.
  • A recognised Project Management Qualification would be beneficial, as would SMSTS and / or a CSCS Card, but training could be provided.
