Job description
About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with agency experience to plan, manage and deliver website projects from start to finish. You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving, makes sure the team always knows what they’re working on and ensures clients feel supported and well looked after.

You’ll enjoy taking ownership, staying organised and seeing projects through from start to finish. You’ll be someone who can stay calm under pressure, solve problems early and keep both clients and the team clear on what’s happening.

Alongside keeping projects on track, you’ll also help strengthen client relationships by understanding their goals and spotting natural opportunities where we can support them further. This isn’t a sales‑heavy role, it’s about building trust through great delivery.

We have strong processes in place, a team who care deeply about design and user experience, and high standards for the work we produce. We’re looking for someone who feels at home in that environment and can help us keep improving it.

What you’ll be doing
Planning & managing projects
  • Own the project timeline from kick‑off to launch
  • Plan and schedule work for designers, developers and external partners
  • Keep budgets, timings and scope on track
  • Create clear briefs and make sure the team has everything they need
  • Track progress daily and flag risks early
  • Make sure every project follows our quality processes and is fully checked before it goes to the client or goes live
  • Keep all project notes, decisions and sign‑offs organised
Leading communication
  • Be the main point of contact for your projects
  • Run client meetings, share updates and manage feedback
  • Build confidence by setting clear expectations and explaining what’s happening and why
  • Keep internal and external communication calm, clear and proactive
Supporting account growth
  • Understand each client’s goals and challenges
  • Spot opportunities where Squibble can add value (new features, support, improvements, ongoing services etc.)
  • Share ideas and recommendations that genuinely help clients
  • Help maintain long‑term partnerships through excellent delivery and communication
Improving how we work
  • Suggest practical improvements to our project process
  • Help refine how we plan, schedule and deliver work
  • Work closely with design and development to keep everything aligned
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards across design, UX and build quality
