This role plays a key part across planning, delivery, and stakeholder management to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to programme.

About the Role

As Project Manager, you will lead and oversee multiple upgrade schemes from inception through to completion. Works typically include civil and security upgrades, installation of kiosks and security systems, fencing and compound improvements, and access/asset protection enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and commercial reporting
  • Preparing and presenting progress updates at senior level
  • Ensuring compliance with governance, quality procedures, and stage‑gate controls
  • Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and client representatives
  • Ensuring safe and efficient site operations in line with regulatory requirements

You’ll also collaborate closely with planners, commercial teams, site management, designers, and commissioning engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
