Job summary

A global engineering firm is seeking an Engineering Intern to join their team in London. This position involves applying standard engineering methods and assisting lead engineers with project duties. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's in a relevant field with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Excellent communication skills and leadership experience are preferred. The role is full-time during the summer of 2026.

Qualifications

  • Prior consulting experience preferred.

Our Engineering Interns are responsible for performing tasks requiring the application of standard engineering techniques and procedures. This includes standard design of engineering systems, correcting and updating designs, assisting lead engineers with various project duties, and other duties as assigned.

Specific assignments and project work vary depending on the market segments. Please see below for information on each market:

Construction

The Construction group is responsible for construction phase services in the design-build process and support for safety and health, estimating/pre-construction, field operations, quality, project management. Our team utilizes multiple project execution approaches - including self-perform, multi-subcontractor, construction only and program management. This opportunity is for a summer 2026.

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field from an accredited program.
  • Currently enrolled, and in good standing, in a post-secondary education program in a field related to the work done in the department.
  • Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly.
  • Prior and/or related consulting experience.
  • Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status.

This job posting will remain open a minimum of 72 hours and on an ongoing basis until filled.
