Position: Project Management - Strategic Site Development (12-Month Placement)

Location: Goodwood, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars

Start Date: July 2026

  • Support, coordinate, and manage daily tasks within the Project Management Office.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and project rules.
  • Lead specific long-term projects as part of the overall programme.
  • Assist in planning workshops, team-building events, and site visits.
  • Manage project communications, including internal websites and briefings.

What Should You Bring Along?

  • Currently studying towards a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Project Management, or similar and are on track to achieving a 2:2.
  • Strong PC skills and proficient in MS Office.
  • Proactive, curious, with high attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to exciting projects.
