A leading recruitment firm in the UK is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to oversee the European expansion of a global ERP and Finance Transformation Program. You will establish PMO frameworks, coordinate project governance, and drive consistency across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate has experience in large-scale ERP programs, strong financial acumen, and is comfortable working with system integrators. This role offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary.
PMO Analyst - 12 month FTC
Salary - £60,000 basic + benefits
Basingstoke - Hybrid (3 days minimum)
We're working with a Global Leader in the entertainment space who are looking to expand their enterprise systems and finance capabilities into Europe, building a unified global ERP landscape that will support innovation and scalability in their next chapter of growth.
An exciting high-impact opportunity for an experienced PMO to oversee the European expansion of their global ERP and Finance Transformation Program. This role will play a central part in establishing governance, ensuring project alignment, and driving consistency across multiple workstreams and regions.
Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, standards and reporting processes for the ERP program.
Coordinate project governance, steering committees and decision-making forums.
Track and report on program performance, milestones, risks and dependencies.
Support financial system integration, data migration, and process standardization efforts.
Ensure alignment of ERP implementation activities with overall business strategy and timelines.
Collaborate with regional and functional teams to manage priorities and resource allocation.
Maintain documentation, dashboards and KPIs to provide visibility to leadership.
Contribute to continuous improvement and post-implementation stabilization activities.
Experience in large, multi-country ERP or transformation programs, ideally with NetSuite exposure.
Must have previously worked on European programs.
Strong financial acumen – able to manage cost tracking across multiple budget buckets.
Skilled analyst capable of managing data, producing PMO reports and maintaining program tracking.
Comfortable working with system integrators (SI) – experience with SI partners preferred.
Tools: Experience with Smartsheet (used for portfolio management) desirable, but not essential.
Should be used to a hands‑on PMO role – not purely administrative, but proactive in problem‑solving and coordination.
