Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ project delivery experience within a consultancy or contractor environment.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract services and reporting to external clients.
• Ability to run projects independently with minimal senior oversight.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver projects from inception to completion.
• Lead multiple projects as the primary project manager.
• Manage project finances, including forecasting and reporting.

Skills

Strong written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills

Project financial management and cash flow forecasting

Programming/scheduling skills (MS Project, ASTA, or equivalent)

Proficiency with estimating software, including BIM-linked tools

Collaborative team player

Education

Degree in project management, construction management, building surveying, engineering or equivalent

Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or membership of an equivalent professional body
