Sensata Technologies, a world-leading supplier of sensing, protection, control and power management solutions, invites placement students to contribute to automotive, industrial and data projects. You will work under Project Managers on change management, plan and execute tasks in high-volume manufacturing, and lead cross-functional teams to meet milestones.

Start times are from 7:30am to 9:30am with full flexibility; 33 days holidays (pro-rata); free onsite parking; comprehensive induction

Formación

• Pursuing a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Strong problem solving and judgement to identify solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management.
• Ability to work in a team to achieve results.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets.

Responsabilidades

• Under the guidance of experienced Project Managers, manage change management projects for automotive customers.
• Plan, organize, and execute projects in high-volume manufacture.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support Project Managers in project administration.
• Collect and analyze project performance data and report to Senior Management.
