Our people at JLL and JLL Technologies are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong. Our graduate programme will provide you with first‑hand experience while working towards a professional qualification. You’ll join us on a 2 to 2.5 year trainee programme working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). If you do not have an RICS accredited degree then you will need to complete a Masters degree in Construction Management as part of the programme. Anyone with a degree can join this programme irrespective of discipline, as we’re focused on training you to become a qualified and well‑rounded professional. Rotating exclusively within the Project Management team, you will gain experience in how property projects are delivered from one‑off projects to multi‑site locations. You will take ownership of real work that will help our clients achieve their ambitions and will gain exposure to different sized projects with various types of clients, understanding the different strategies clients may have in managing their properties.
Support from the Early Careers team will be with you every step of the way during your programme. Your manager and team will also be there to guide you day‑to‑day.
Support from your buddy – you’ll be paired with a peer on a similar pathway to you who will answer any questions and guide you.
Training opportunities for everyone – no matter your experience or role, our Early Careers and Learning teams will provide you with many ways to improve and develop your skills from managing stakeholders and clients to report and pitch writing.
Surveying qualification support – you’ll take part in workshops to build your knowledge for your Chartership assessment. You will be designated a mentor who will support you throughout the programme.
Dress for your day – each day will be different so we trust you to dress according to what you’re doing. For example, if you’re meeting clients, it’s important to dress smartly to reflect our work, and we encourage you to dress more casually otherwise.
Competitive salary – as an accredited Living Wage employer, we are committed to paying you a wage that is fair and competitive in the industry.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays each year – we encourage you to take breaks from work and recharge regularly throughout the year.
2 paid volunteer days each year – we feel it’s important to give back to the communities around us. JLL sets up events with charities and organisations which you can participate in, such as our work with schools. Or you can use your days to support a charity or local organisation of your choice.
Wide range of employee benefits – you can take advantage of well‑being support and resources, exclusive discounts, pension, private medical, healthcare, dental insurance, employee assistance programme, season ticket loan, cycle‑to‑work scheme, mortgage advice and more.
You will need to have permanent right to work in the UK with no time restrictions or limited working hours. Unfortunately we are unable to sponsor visas, including Graduate Visas, beyond the programme.
£28,000 (salary estimate – not guaranteed). A salary offer will vary based on your education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
