As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll develop a broad and adaptable skillset - mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control, and risk management. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive innovation across Amazon’s diverse business lines.
Throughout the programme, you’ll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life, all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.

This 42‑month programme, starting in September 2026, combines on-the-job learning with structured study time, allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.
You’ll spend 80% of your time working in your business area and 20% on dedicated learning, which may include travel to a training centre depending on your provider’s location.

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes, driving innovation in tech, optimising processes in operations, or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses.
While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.
You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who’ll support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in project management.
