About the team: Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes, driving innovation in tech, optimising processes in operations, or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses. While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results. You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues, mentors, and leaders who’ll support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in project management.

Basic Qualifications

• To qualify for this programme, you must: Be 18 years or over before the start date (Sept 2026)
• Have the right to live and work in England (if on a visa, enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration until Sept 2030)
• Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
• Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
• Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending Aug 2026 or later
• Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
• Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
• Statement of Comparability may be required for overseas qualifications (UK ENIC)
• Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to approval
• Position is a 42‑month fixed‑term contract; must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
• Assumes candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
