  • Identify and mitigate risks, applying structured problem‑solving techniques.

  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Present project updates using dashboards and reports to communicate impact.
  • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate and improve processes.
  • Support strategic planning and contribute ideas that drive positive change.
Day in the Life
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute projects efficiently.
  • Participate in planning meetings to align on project goals and milestones.
  • Track project progress using data and reporting tools.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or blockers.
  • Coordinate resources and timelines to meet deliverables.
  • Present project updates and insights to stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance efficiency.

About the Team

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You may support people programmes, drive innovation in tech, optimise processes in operations, or contribute to projects in our entertainment businesses. Team allocation is driven by business need; flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you are based, you will deliver projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.

Program Details

This 42‑month fixed‑term apprenticeship combines on‑the‑job learning with structured study time, enabling you to work towards a BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. The programme starts September 2026.

Qualifications
  • Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above.
  • Have the right to live and work in England throughout the programme.
  • Be 18 years or over before the start date.
  • Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English.
  • Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
  • Be able to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
  • Exhibit strong communication, organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Show curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
Eligibility & Requirements
  • Educational qualifications outside the UK require a Statement of Comparability.
  • Previous qualifications are reviewed for funding eligibility; offers are subject to funding approval.
  • You must not already hold a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level.
  • This apprenticeship assumes little or no prior experience of the occupation.
  • No other government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
What You’ll Gain
