As a Project Management Apprentice, you’ll gain experience working on real projects with tangible business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead planning sessions, and support initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees. Your Development

At Amazon, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. You’ll learn by doing, applying new knowledge every day while supported by expert mentors and experienced project professionals. This 42-month programme, starting in September 2026, combines on-the-job learning with structured study time, allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. You’ll spend 80% of your time working in your business area and 20% on dedicated learning, which may include travel to a training centre depending on your provider’s location. About the team

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams - from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes, driving innovation in tech, optimising processes in operations, or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses.

While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Basic Qualifications

To qualify for this programme, you must:

• Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026)
• Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this needs to enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030)
• Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
• Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
• Not be registered on another government-funded course ending August 2026 or later
• Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
• Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
• Please note, if you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK then we will require a Statement of Comparability to confirm your eligibility for the scheme. Please ensure you obtain one during the application process, through UK ENIC: https://www.enic.org.uk/
• Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility and offers are subject to funding approval
• PLEASE NOTE: This position is a 42-month fixed-term contract. You must NOT already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
• This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
