Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience, and drive meaningful results.
80% of your time will be spent working in your business area and 20% on dedicated learning. The 42‑month programme starts in September 2026 and combines on‑the‑job learning with structured study time, allowing you to work towards an Amazon‑approved BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. You will gain experience working on real projects that have tangible business impact, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, leading planning sessions, and supporting initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees.
