As a Project Management Apprentice, you'll develop a broad and adaptable skillset – mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control, and risk management. Throughout the programme, you'll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life, all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.

About the Team

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. Previous project management experience not required – we’re looking for motivated individuals eager to learn, grow, and make a difference.

Employment Requirements & Eligibility

• Have the right to live and work in England (if you are on a visa, this must enable you to legally work and reside in England for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030)
• Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
• Be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme
• Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later
• Hold at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English
• Have 3 A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above
• This apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation
