As an Apprentice you’ll develop a broad and adaptable skillset – mastering stakeholder engagement, governance, financial control and risk management. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience and drive innovation across Amazon’s diverse business lines. Throughout the programme you’ll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life, all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.

Your Development
At Amazon, it’s in our nature to learn and be curious. You’ll learn by doing, applying new knowledge every day while supported by expert mentors and experienced project professionals. This 42‑month programme, starting in September 2026, combines on‑the‑job learning with structured study time, allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management. You’ll spend 80 % of your time working in your business area and 20 % on dedicated learning, which may include travel to a training centre depending on your provider’s location. About the team
Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams – from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could support people programmes, drive innovation in tech, optimise processes in operations or contribute to projects in our entertainment businesses. While we aim to match placements to your skills and interests, team allocation is driven by business need, so flexibility and curiosity are key. Wherever you’re based, you’ll play an active role in delivering projects that improve processes, enhance customer experience and drive meaningful results. You’ll collaborate with a diverse network of colleagues, mentors and leaders who’ll support your professional growth and help you build a strong foundation for a successful career in project management.
Basic Qualifications
- Be 18 years or over before the start date (September 2026).
- Have the right to live and work in England (for the entire duration of the programme until September 2030).
- Have lived in the UK or EEA for the last three years and be a resident of the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
- Not be registered on another government‑funded course ending August 2026 or later.
- Hold at least five GCSEs at grade 4 (C) or above, including Maths and English.
- Have three A Levels or equivalent qualifications at grade C or above.
- If you have received educational qualifications outside of the UK, a Statement of Comparability from UK ENIC is required.
- Previous qualifications will be reviewed for funding eligibility; offers are subject to funding approval.
- This Apprenticeship assumes the candidate has little or no knowledge/experience of the occupation.
- Do not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship.
