Job summary

A reputable training provider in the UK is seeking a Learning Coach to support apprentices in achieving their qualifications. Ideal candidates will have significant Project Management experience and relevant education qualifications. This role offers full training, CPD, and flexible working arrangements within a progressive company culture.

Qualifications

  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Project Management.
  • Recognised qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) in Project Management at Level 4 or above.
  • Experience of working autonomously in a high demand environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coaching learners on the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
  • Working with learners at their place of work across various industry sectors.

What will you be doing?

Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry, coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.

What will you bring to the role?
  • Extensive, relevant vocational experience in Project Management
  • Recognised qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent) in Project Management at Level 4 or above
  • Level 4 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent) desirable
  • A1 Assessor qualified or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience of working autonomously
  • Familiarity of working in a high demand environment delivering to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication, presenting and listening skills
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
