Network Rail in Milton Keynes is hiring a Project Management Assistant (Change) to support a team delivering key timetable change initiatives. You will maintain plans, trackers and logs, coordinate meetings, and share updates to keep projects on track.

The role uses Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to boost efficiency in a fast-paced environment. You will join a small, proactive team of four Project Managers and interact with stakeholders across Network Rail to deliver nationwide change

Qualifications

• Educated to HND/HNC level; relevant project or administration experience.
• Ability to organise and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers in delivering timetable change initiatives across the railway.
• Maintain project plans, trackers and action logs; coordinate meetings; share updates.
• Help ensure activities stay on track and engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Use Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools to support efficient project delivery.
• Join a collaborative team to deliver change initiatives affecting nationwide railway operations.
