Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Project Management Assessor/Trainer in the United Kingdom. This role involves training and assessing apprentices in Project Management and requires flexibility with travel across Wales. Ideal candidates will have recent occupational competency in Project Management and possess strong communication skills. A full driving license is also required. Job Title: Project Management Assessor/ Trainer(Unqualified Trainer opportunity)
Location: Home/Field based – Must be flexible with travel across Wales
Salary: up to £31,000+ fantastic benefits package
Type: Full Time / Permanent
Essentials Criteria:
  • Must hold recent occupational competency in Project Management (in the last 5 years) – and ideally a related qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or similar Project Management qualification
  • Hold OR willing to work towards an Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
  • Ideally have experience of internal training, with a passion for learning and development.
  • Must be confident with Maths, English and IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Welsh speaker desirable)
  • Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties:
  • Train, assess and deliver Apprenticeship in Project Management and Leadership & Management.
  • Support learners to achieve the Essential Skills in Literacy, Digital Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Lead informal discussions and exploration of latest trends and sharing experiences.
  • Manage a caseload of learners supporting them online and in person throughout their Apprenticeship, through to end-point assessment.
  • Plan and deliver effective training and assessment based on individual learner needs
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners’ progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
  • Work to learner review and completion timescales.
