A leading training provider in Wales is seeking a Project Management ILM Assessor to deliver apprenticeships and support learners through their educational journey. This full-time position offers a salary of £30k - £31k, with opportunities for performance bonuses and progression. Project Management ILM Assessor
£30k - £31k dependent on skills and experience. Qualified assessor: future earnings up to £34k plus Welsh uplift £1,000 (offered on a case by case basis).
Full time, Monday to Friday, permanent role with benefits including 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, 2 week Christmas shutdown, birthday off, healthcare, pension, induction support, 45p per mile, overnight hotel expenses/travel paid during initial induction, progression opportunities, performance bonus, and salary rise after completion of assessor/teaching qualifications, plus more.
Based from home anywhere in Wales with travel to learners within a 50 mile radius; mileage paid at 45p per mile. Learners will have a face to face visit every 9 weeks.

The successful candidate will evaluate performance, skills and potential of learners, provide detailed feedback and help them achieve growth and success.
Successful applicants will have experience in a leadership and/or managerial and Project Management role. Qualifications in assessment practice are not essential, but willingness to work towards these on appointment is expected.
This position is home (field) based; however, travel to visit learners in the workplace is essential. Caseload areas will be allocated based on geographical location, usually within ~50 miles, though this may be exceeded from time to time. The successful applicant should be based anywhere in Wales.
