A local authority partnership in Islington is seeking a Project Liaison Officer on a 3-month contract to facilitate communication and improve customer experience during service disruptions. The role involves managing communication procedures, liaising with residents and contractors, and ensuring accurate information dissemination. £24.62-£32.72 per hour
The Project Liaison Officer will act as the central point of coordination, overseeing communication procedures, ensuring high-quality resident updates, and working across multiple teams to improve the customer experience during service disruptions.
Alongside pilot responsibilities, the officer will operate as a primary interface between residents and the Council on cyclical and major works programmes managing all communications, responding to enquiries, and ensuring clear, consistent information is provided to residents, colleagues, contractors, senior managers, and elected members.
