An Educational Charity in Branston seeks a Project Support Worker to lead sessions and support young people facing barriers in education. The role includes managing project support workers and conducting training sessions, with a focus on safeguarding and positive behavior management. Ideal candidates will have youthwork or outdoor education experience and skills in communication and stress management.
Do you have a passion for supporting young people experiencing significant barriers to engagement in education? Are you good in high-stress moments and long to be part of a cohesive team working to bring change to the most marginalised?
TEAMS information session on Weds 10th December at 6pm. Please email info@eaglesnestproject.org.uk to request an invite.
We would love to hear from you and are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a youthwork or outdoor education background.
The post holder will be working directly with young people and their families on a daily basis to support success in education, as well as leading on projects and supporting the development of other staff on the team. This role is therefore subject to robust safer recruitment, including an enhanced DBS check and online and social media checks.

The charity has grown consistently since beginning in 2014 and has clear plans for this to continue.
The charity is rooted in Christian values of love and acceptance of all, and whilst a practicing faith is not required, those applying should be sympathetic to these faith‑based roots.
If you think you might have what it takes to join this exceptional team, we would love to hear from you.
We are keen to ensure a diversity within our team and would encourage those from a BME background to apply. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expect all staff to share this commitment.
