Job summary

Vax is seeking a Project Lead to own an end-to-end product development programme in Droitwich, with four days on-site and a focus on delivering tangible products to market. You will manage scope, schedule and risk while driving commercial outcomes across engineering, marketing, operations, quality and suppliers.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build the plan, and maintain momentum by removing barriers and making decisive trade-offs to meet market delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Designer or engineer background in hardware or physical product development, now leading delivery as a Project Lead, Programme Manager or Product Development Manager
• Evidence of shipping physical products from concept to launch, not just managing a plan
• Proven experience organising and planning across cross functional teams
• Proven commercial understanding of cost, margin and business case, not only schedule
• Outgoing, confident communicator comfortable driving decisions with senior stakeholders

Own a product programme end to end, including the commercials, as a Project Lead for Vax in Droitwich, rebuilding new product development for one of the UK's best-known floor care brands. Four days a week on site, driving delivery rather than tracking a plan.

Scope of the Role

As a Project Lead at Vax, you will own a new product development programme end to end, from scope and schedule through to commercial delivery. You will lead across engineering, marketing, operations, quality and suppliers, driving every product to market.

• Up to 10 percent annual bonus
