A leading design firm in London seeks an experienced Project Information Coordinator to manage digital documentation for projects. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience in the Architecture or Construction industry and proficiency in tools like SharePoint and BIM360. Responsibilities include establishing a Common Data Environment and ensuring quality assurance of project documents. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Currently, we are looking for driven and experienced Project Information Coordinator to join our London office and to work closely with our project teams and internal specialist departments. Within this position, you will be working with talented teams that span across Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Branding and more.
Your role will be to ensure the accurate distribution, collection, record, dispatch, and storage of incoming and outgoing digital information via the various projects web based electronic document management system. If you consider yourself someone who is detail oriented and is able to build strong working relationships, this will be the perfect opportunity for you.
There is a larger team of Digital Design specialists to support you, and you will be managed by our Project Information & Compliance Manager and a Senior Project Manager. While a minimum of three years of experience is required (within a similar industry), we are open to meeting candidates with slightly more experience.
This role will be a full-time, permanent position within our London office.
