We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Senior IS Analyst to join our Branch Systems Field Support team at Booker. If you're great with technology, love solving problems, and take pride in delivering top-notch customer service, this could be the role for you. In this job, you'll take the lead on projects and provide support across our Business Centres, Distribution Centres, and Support Centres. Your work will directly help us improve customer satisfaction and boost cash profit. You'll also be a key escalation point for the Field Service team and wider IT department, so being calm under pressure is a must. We're after someone proactive who's always thinking about how to make things better. You'll also mentor and support colleagues, sharing your knowledge to help the whole team grow. Please note, this is a field-based role so frequent travel will be required. From time to time, you'll be part of our out-of-hours telephone support rota, making sure the business runs smoothly even outside normal office hours.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Business Centre Asset system administration.
