CVL:LDN is seeking a Project Feasibility Manager to lead feasibility studies on large scale utility projects in the UK. You will coordinate Supervisors, manage surveys, and ensure works meet programme and budget while aligning with SHEQ policies.

The role requires NRSWA and SMSTS qualifications, strong project management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will engage stakeholders and authorities to support bids and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility project management with deep excavations.
• NRSWA and SMSTS qualifications or certifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Supervisors on pipe/cable routes and large scale connections.
• Compile feasibility surveys and reports with drawings and HDD/trenchless tech.
• Manage feasibility studies and site surveys within programme and budget.
• Engage with clients and authorities on working methods and procedures.
• Regular stakeholder and local authority engagement for forthcoming works.
• Identify cost-effective innovations for works.
• Support bid preparation with route surveys and construction schedules.
• Ensure SHEQ policies and procedures are in place.
• Provide information and reports to directors.

Our client is a leading utility company with a healthy order book for the next four years. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to expand their management team with an experienced Project Feasibility Manager to work on large diameter pipelines and high voltage power projects.

Project Feasibility Manager Key Essentials:

• As Project Feasibility Manager you will oversee Supervisors involved in planning and designing pipe / cable routes and large scale customer connections involving deep excavations
• Compiling and managing feasibility surveys including trial holes and reports including presentations and drawings including HDD and trenchless technology projects
• Management of feasibility studies and site surveys with effective deployment of resources to ensure works are delivered compliant to programme and budget
• Liaising with clients and relevant authorities regarding working methods and procedures for Special Engineering Difficulties (SEDs) and documenting all information
• Regular stakeholder and local authority engagement regarding forthcoming works
• Identifying and providing cost-effective innovations for works
• Working closely with the Estimating department, providing operational and technical guidance with bid preparation for tender programmes. This includes route surveys and construction schedules
• Ensuring that all SHEQ policies and procedures are in place
• Inputting information and providing reports to directors

Project Feasibility Manager Requirements:

• Utility project management experience with good knowledge of methods of construction for deep excavations, NRSWA regulations and Streetwork permitting
• Qualified with NRSWA and SMSTS
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
