A humanitarian organization is seeking a Project Facilitator for Early Childhood Care and Development. This role involves mentoring and supporting community capacity in Aboriginal communities. Candidates must have coaching experience, profound community engagement skills, and a background in early childhood. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in remote communities.
As a Project Facilitator you will support the development and implementation of West Kimberley ECCD project, which is implemented in 3 Aboriginal communities in the West Kimberley Region of Western Australia.
This is a hand`s on role which requires flexibility. You will provide support and mentoring to build community capacity by recruiting, mentoring, and guiding playgroup facilitators, while working with local members and partners to deliver early childhood initiatives.
We are looking for someone with coaching experience, level of maturity, capacity building and experience in working with children.
