Leonardo UK is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to join our Electronic Warfare and Future Combat Air Lines of Business on a permanent basis. The role entails leading engineering across a multi-site IPT, ensuring technical quality, schedule and budget, and coordinating with customers, partners and systems authorities.
You will mentor the engineering team, manage changes, and ensure designs meet end-user requirements while aligning with the business roadmap. Travel within the UK is expected.
Salary Range -£59,000 - £75,000

The salary range shown reflects the approved grade band for this role, or a narrower hiring range published within that band, and is benchmarked against the external market. Exceptions above the standard range are managed through governance controls to protect internal equity.

You will join the engineering team on a permanent basis to cover an exciting and growing Integrated Project Team (IPT).
The Project Engineering Lead will report to the Project Engineering Manager and provide the engineering leadership and management in collaboration with the Chief Engineer, to identify, develop, deliver and support the technical solution.
As a Project Engineering Lead you will be responsible for development, maintenance and enhancements of a product line.
