Ryan Hanley, now part of Stantec, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer with experience in wastewater design to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, design and delivery of wastewater treatment/network projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing designs for wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and network infrastructure.
  • Preparation of feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations.
  • Compilation of specifications and tender documents.
  • Preparation of planning application documents.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients and contractors.
  • Manage others in the preparation of drawings and other inputs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant third level degree in engineering (Level 8 minimum).
  • Ideally 5 years' post qualification experience with a minimum 3 years' experience in wastewater design.
  • Possess excellent professional/technical knowledge and skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
