Your Mission

As a Mechanical Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our Engineering team—owning and delivering critical projects from concept to commissioning. You’ll collaborate across departments, engage with suppliers, and oversee installations that elevate our operational capability.

What You’ll Do
  • Design with Purpose: Create precise AutoCAD layouts and project documentation for new and upgraded mechanical systems
  • Get Hands‑On: Support installations of production and site equipment directly—you're not just behind the desk
  • Collaborate to Innovate: Work with suppliers to source the best equipment, balancing performance with value
  • Make It Happen: Lead projects from scoping to sign‑off—building investment cases, timelines, and budgets
  • Own the Outcome: Manage contractors, issue permits, enforce safety, and keep everything on track
  • Drive Results: Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates and keep our project systems sharp and up to date

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a proactive, skilled engineer with a track record of delivering complex projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Essentials:

  • Experience designing and installing production lines using multiple suppliers
  • Strong capital project management skills
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety in an FMCG or manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Financial fluency—budgeting, reporting, and investment planning
