You'll collaborate across departments, engage with suppliers, and oversee installations that elevate our operational capability.

What You'll Do
  • Design with Purpose: Create precise AutoCAD layouts and project documentation for new and upgraded mechanical systems
  • Get Hands-On: Support installations of production and site equipment directly—you're not just behind the desk
  • Collaborate to Innovate: Work with suppliers to source the best equipment, balancing performance with value
  • Make It Happen: Lead projects from scoping to sign-off-building investment cases, timelines, and budgets
  • Own the Outcome: Manage contractors, issue permits, enforce safety, and keep everything on track
  • Drive Results: Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates and keep our project systems sharp and up to date

  • Creating a new mixing production area and installing cutting-edge machinery
  • Developing a new cold storage warehouse extension
  • Installing advanced nut production lines and feeders
  • Site-wide infrastructure enhancements—from roadway development to equipment replacement
  • Supporting sustainability and food safety initiatives like heat treatment and packaging improvements
Who We're Looking For

You're a proactive, skilled engineer with a track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Essentials
  • Experience designing and installing production lines using multiple suppliers
  • Strong capital project management skills
  • Familiarity with Health & Safety in an FMCG or manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
  • Solid command of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Financial fluency—budgeting, reporting, and investment planning
