A leading construction firm in Mansfield is seeking a Project Support Coordinator to manage wastewater projects from planning through handover. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure effective project delivery. Ideal candidates should possess Mechanical Qualifications, understand NEC 4 Contractual requirements, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll support the management and delivery of wastewater projects, from early project scoping through to the completion of construction. This includes overseeing site investigations, initial surveys, and supporting the development of construction and design strategies. As a key member of the Project Delivery Team, you'll collaborate with both internal and external multi-disciplinary design teams-including mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers-as well as contract engineers and delivery personnel to ensure an integrated and efficient project delivery.

Ideally, you'll be based in or around Annesley, with the flexibility to travel across various project sites within the region.
Alongside your previous experience of infrastructure project delivery and appropriate Mechanical Qualifications, we're seeking somebody with an understanding of NEC 4 Contractual requirements and an understanding of sustainable development, with a drive and commitment to support the companies' commitments. To be successful in this role, you will have extensive sound knowledge of current legislation and able to work in accordance with QA and H&S procedures as well as an awareness and understanding of CDM. You are all about teamwork and able to demonstrate an understanding of what makes an effective team, the value of diversity, the strengths and skills of others and actively support team objectives. You'll have proven track record of effective time management, able to prioritise objectives to ensure tasks are met to specific deadlines. You're prepared to ask for support from colleagues where necessary. You can demonstrate the ability to remain focused through challenging periods and adapting to changing business needs, with an openness to learning new tasks and different ways of working. We’re seeking somebody with effective communication skills, allowing others to present their points for discussion, challenging the status quo where appropriate, with the ability to provide constructive feedback in a sensitive manner.
