Project Engineer

Location: Hull area / Hybrid travel to client sites

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 + bonus

We design, manufacture, and supply conveyors, mills, bins, silos, pneumatic systems and complete process plants for breweries, distilleries, and milling industries. What you'll be doing
  • Manage the technical delivery of process and mechanical engineering elements within assigned projects
  • Coordinate with design engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and installation teams
  • Produce and review engineering drawings, BOMs, specifications, and vendor documents
  • Support planning, procurement, installation and commissioning activities
  • Ensure compliance with client, quality, safety and regulatory (ATEX/DSEAR) standards
  • Attend site visits for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting support
  • Prepare project documentation including change requests, reports and handover packs
  • Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring
  • Degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Process Engineering
  • 3–6 years’ experience in process/mechanical engineering for industrial plants
  • Strong understanding of material handling systems (conveyors, bins, silos, pneumatic systems)
  • Practical site experience with installation and commissioning of equipment
  • Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to client sites (UK and occasional overseas)
