Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the preparation of technical drawings and specifications
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project alignment
• Assist with system design based on customer requirements
• Supervise CAD Technician(s) and ensure design compliance with standards
• Conduct occasional site visits for surveys and client meetings
• Support the Sales Team with technical input for quotations
• Provide technical descriptions of products and components
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge (steam, process, or thermal systems)

Ability to read and explain technical drawings to clients

Effective communication skills – face-to-face, phone, and email

Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks
