Job Details

Freelance Senior/Project Engineer required for a minimum of 12 months on the construction of a new build BTR apartment scheme.

Responsibilities

• Report to the site-based Project Manager and oversee RC Frame work.
• Manage slip form, drainage, utility services, SFS works, and façade works.
• Maintain QA records on Fieldview.
• Conduct pre‑pour and post‑pour checks.
• Review as‑built surveys performed by setting‑out engineers.
• Call off steel, concrete, and other material required on site, including RAMS.

Qualifications

• Experience working on and setting out RC frame projects.
• Must hold CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certificates.
