Project Engineer - Aircraft

Up to £38 per hour Inside IR35

IO Associates is seeking a Project Engineer - Aircraft for the Broughton site. You will join a global aerospace leader specialising in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

You will be responsible for analysing and reducing production costs across multiple areas by implementing proven cost‑saving initiatives from mature business units. You will collaborate with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity. You will be involved in identifying and resolving issues while leading projects focused on long‑term efficiency and quality enhancement.

Skills

• Experience with cost saving projects.
• Knowledge/Experience in aircraft production.
• Experience Project/ CAPEX desirable.
• Someone from the Aviation/Aerospace industry.
