Project Engineer / Project Manager - Manufacturing

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours (days only, flexible hours available with potential for a 4-day working week)

Key Responsibilities
  • Quote, plan, manage, and deliver manufacturing projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones.
  • Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and manage project finances effectively.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports and updates for stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management or engineering within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
