Overview

Project Engineer – Monday - Friday (Apply online only). Up to £55,545 per annum depending on experience. 7.5% annual bonus dependant on business performance. Near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Do you have project engineering experience within FMCG? Have you managed engineering projects within the FMCG space? Do you have the leadership qualities and set a high standard? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you. We are currently seeking an individual with project engineering skills to join a renowned manufacturing company near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
• Deliver projects from conception to test and review.
• Be comfortable with the project life cycle and the stage gate project management process of delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control expenses, and oversee the inventory and procurement of parts and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
• Project management qualifications or proven track record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commutable distance from near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.
