Job summary

Cavendish Recruitment Professionals Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for a high-profile Central London project with a UK Principal Contractor.

The role involves setting out, QA, and producing as-built records while coordinating temporary and permanent works with the design team; you will support complex demolition, cut-and-carve, basement, and core construction activities on site.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site/Senior/Project Engineer on a similar project.
• HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
• Ability to drive and lead a team.
• Ability to plan head.

Responsibilities

• Setting Out, QA, As-builts.
• Temporary / permanent works coordination with design team.
• Support delivery of demolition, cut-and-carve, basement, superstructure and core construction works.

We are recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a respected UK Principal Contractor, working on a project in Central London.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Scope of Work: Supporting the delivery of complex demolition, cut-and-carve, basement, superstructure, and core construction projects.
• Duties: Setting Out, QA, As-builts, Temporary /permanent works coordination with design team.
• Hours: 07:30 - 17:30
• Duration: 1 year

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Site/Senior/Project Engineer on a similar project
• Experience within the areas listed above
• HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Valid Management CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid
• Ability to drive and lead a team
• Ability to plan head
• Driving License – essential
