Qualifications

• Experience as a Sub-Agent or Senior Engineer in civil engineering.
• Strong background in groundworks, earthworks, infrastructure or related disciplines.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Excellent understanding of site processes, H&S legislation and quality management.
• Strong communicator with proven leadership and organisational abilities.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Central Scotland.

We are currently supporting a well-established civil engineering contractor in their search for a Sub‑Agent to join their growing operations across Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a key role delivering a range of infrastructure, groundworks and land development projects for both public and private sector clients. You will work closely with senior project leadership, ensuring effective site coordination and driving high‑quality delivery across multiple work streams.
