  • Deliver exciting engineering projects such as installations and site upgrades.
  • Manage project governance: meetings, documentation, procurement, and timelines.
  • Coordinate supplier activities including hygiene, FAT/SAT, and PUWUR.
  • Raise CAPEX paperwork and manage supplier quotes.
  • Oversee contractors, permits, and site safety compliance.
  • Build strong relationships through collaboration with operations managers and production teams.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of engineering lifecycle and maintenance practices
Knowledge of project management tools such as PRINCE2

About the Role

As a Project Engineer, you will lead key investment projects to future-proof and upgrade their food processing operations. This includes installing, moving, and upgrading machinery as well as facilitating site extensions. You will manage large budgets, coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
