Job summary

A leading water technology company in Birmingham seeks a Project Engineer to manage full-cycle project delivery. Project Engineer
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Working)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week)

Job Overview
  • Lead the Change: Take ownership of the entire project life cycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring projects meet client specifications, deadlines, and budget targets. You're the driving force behind delivering innovative water solutions.
  • Be Resourceful: Proactively anticipate resource needs, develop cost‑optimisation strategies, and expertly manage project variations. Your sharp eye for efficiency keeps projects on track and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead high‑performing project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and technical excellence. Your guidance empowers the team to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and proposals teams, providing technical expertise to support winning bids and integrate seamless project planning. Your insights help secure new business and deliver exceptional results.
  • Safety Champion: Advocate for health and safety practices on site, conduct thorough risk assessments, and create a secure working environment for everyone.

  • A HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering or project management (or equivalent demonstrable experience).
