Job summary

Envirogen Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to oversee all technical aspects from design to execution on water treatment projects. You will lead process engineering, prepare and control project documents, and support on-site execution to ensure milestones are met while maintaining quality and budget targets.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or industrial engineering background, hands-on experience with pumps, vessels and process equipment, and strong CAD / MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with key process equipment, pumps, vessels, tanks, etc.
• Water treatment knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Experience as project coordinator, project engineer or project manager.
• Strong experience in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering on systems and plant equipment to design and calculations for efficient water treatment.
• Oversee generation and control of project engineering documents.
• Assist with on-site management to secure project success.
• Ensure project plan progresses to meet deadlines.
• Provide technical alignment of bids and equipment with project goals.

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to be responsible for all technical aspects on projects from design to execution stage, fulfilling suitable technical, time and budget deliverables. We are especially interested in those who have experienced project execution roles within a Project Management team and seek progression into Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering on systems and standard plant equipment to ensure a well-engineered efficient water treatment system including process designs and calculations.
• Overall responsibility for the generation and control of project engineering documents
• Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
• Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines
• Technical alignment of bids and equipment
• Define plant layout and installation requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience with key process equipment, pumps, vessels, tanks etc
• Water treatment technology knowledge would be great
• Experience with MS office applications
• Experience as aproject coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
• Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
