Bilfinger UK is seeking a Project Engineer to support maintenance, engineering and project activities for client operations in the UK. You will act under the Project Manager, coordinating commercial, logistics and technical workstreams to deliver on time and within budget.
You will monitor contracts, manage plant, equipment and sub-contractors, plan resources with client reps, and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards. Strong SAP experience and proactive, communicative team spirit are essential.

To act as the Project Engineer for work scopes and activities in support of the Operational Business Delivery Teams, associated with the implementation of maintenance, engineering and project support to ensure that all Client and Company’s operational, commercial and HSEQ expectations and targets are met.
The Project Engineer is directly responsible to their assigned Project Manager.
It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with and follows the Company's Policy for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of theManagement Systems to maintain our system certification. The incumbent must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to the HSEQ Department Manager.
The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health and safety legislation to follow all Company policies, procedures, guidelines, control measures, signage and permit conditions and to know what to do in an emergency. The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
