• Prior experience working as a Project Director/Senior Project Manager for a Tier 1 Main Contractor is ESSENTIAL.

• Lead and execute our construction projects exceeding the value of 25m.
• Oversee project development, ensuring compliance with company policies and sustainability efforts.
• Provide technical input for tenders, including construction insight & value engineering.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts, ensuring an excellent level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Support and guide colleagues, ensuring their professional development and adherence to their role.
• Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality & keep the business's best interests at heart.

Are you an experienced Project Director, with background working for a Main Contractor?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an industry–leading, Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the lookout for a Project Director to join them on a permanent basis, out of their Yorkshire based office. As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing our larger construction projects costing 25m+ and liaising with our clients and stakeholders.
