The client is a National Main Contractor offering a broad service range across structural & envelope intervention, detail & build, design & build, traditional contracting and refurbishment.

A new client to Sphere are looking to employ a Project Director with immediate effect.

Your new company are a National Main Contractor, who offer a broad range of services, including Structural & Envelope Intervention, Detail & Build, Design & Build, Traditional Contracting, and Refurbishment.

This opportunity is in relation to a £74M Refurbishment and Fit-Out project in Bristol, which when complete, will offer Commercial Units across the lower floors, Office Space above, and a Rooftop Terrace and Bar.

At present, my client are happy to consider both Permanent and Fixed Term Contract options.
