The Role
Key Activities

- Effectively placing resources to deliver projects strategy/objectives whilst ensuring clarity surrounding individual roles and responsibilities

- Understanding and translating to others the entire business service offering whilst leveraging business services across the full contract scope
- Applying, monitoring and driving improvement in norm performance across the business services and demonstrating performance through project control tools/dashboards.
- Identifying, managing and removing waste across shipment intp entire service provision
- Growing, applying, sharing expertise
Support a strategy to evolve the business by:
- Supports new business pursuits right through the Sales process in support of new business growth and/or contract growth
- Assisting in the analysis of customer needs and delivering in line with the contract objectives and conditions
- Translating knowledge and developing skill pool within the service provision

- Monitoring of performance and customer feedback and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Experience of managing MEICA Projects under people, time and money constraints
- Experience of managing multi-disciplined Engineers and Project Managers
- Experience of delivering Fixed price and/or target cost work packages involving multiple discipline trade interfaces
- Experience of successfully managing change in a term contract environment
- Wide exposure to feed and construction activities across a diverse customer portfolio
- Management of multiple customer relationships within defence environment
Qualifications
- APM PMQ Qualified or equivalent
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- HND Engineering
- NEC 3 & 4 contracts / IChemE
- Primavera 6 experience
- Desirable Chartered Project Professional
- BEng, HND, IOSH,CDM
