We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a £90m mixed‑use residential and commercial development in Milton Keynes. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the overall strategic, commercial, and operational delivery of the project from pre‑construction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project delivery, programme, budget, and quality
• Leading and managing the project and senior site management teams
• Overseeing design, procurement, and construction phases
• Managing client relationships and key stakeholders
• Driving health & safety, quality, and programme performance
• Ensuring commercial control and risk management throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager on large‑scale developments
• Track record delivering high‑value (£50m+) residential and/or mixed‑use projects
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
