Two further phases, delivering more than 650 additional homes, will commence in January 2028.

This landmark development has been procured by Peabody through construction management, requiring the successful candidate to be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership and coordination across multiple stakeholders, contractors, and phases.

This is a unique opportunity to shape outstanding new homes, while influencing the organisation’s future development approach.
