Job summary

Bene in London is seeking a design professional to develop high-quality planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects and proposals.

You will create design concepts for client requests, support sales with product identification and final design packs for installations, and build long-term relationships with clients and designers through meetings and on-site appointments.

Qualifications

• Strong design background with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualization, and P.con.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality and timely planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD), and renderings for projects, proposals, marketing, and customer presentations.
• Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests, supporting sales in product identification, configuration, and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and designers by engaging with them throughout the project, coordinating meetings, attending on-site appointments, and discussing project requirements and next steps to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and maintenance of customer, design, and technical data in internal systems, while keeping product renderings, drawings, and resource libraries up to date.
• Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.
